The upper floor of an office building where the owners, prior to re-glazing the skylights with SageGlass, used a blue tarp over the roof in the summer to block the light and heat, which was the only way the space could be occupied by people. The SageGlass skylights, which are powered by solar cells, are zoned for precise control of the daylight and heat gain throughout the building.
