SageGlass’ all-ceramic coatings are extremely durable against the highly stressful elements (blazing sunlight, UV exposure, and extreme hot and freezing temperatures) that windows, skylights and curtain walls experience over a lifetime.

- 100,000 tint/clear cycles under thermal and solar exposure
- 24 months in the DSET Laboratory Arizona desert test
Never resting on our laurels, we also continuously subject SageGlass to extensive in-house testing, which includes natural weathering, thermal shock and high temperature cycling.
We manufacture SageGlass with the highest quality sealing and component materials, and best practice construction methods. The dual-seal PIB/silicone system with stainless steel spacer and in-line key insulating glass unit (IGU) construction gives SageGlass its longevity. It is a world-class sealing system used by top IGU fabricators. Our stringent manufacturing process has also achieved certification by the Insulating Glass Manufacturers’ Alliance (IGMA), the Insulating Glass Certification Council (IGCC), and is CE Mark compliant in Europe.
